Food Industry Asia

Food Industry Asia (FIA) is a Singapore-based, non-profit membership association established in 2010 by a consortium of leading multinational food and beverage companies.
We represent the region's most influential brands, ingredient suppliers, and innovators, serving as the collective voice of the food and beverage industry in Asia Pacific.
Through science-based advocacy, policy engagement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, FIA works to create a thriving, sustainable, and resilient food system for the region.

FIA promotes science-based approaches to improving health and nutrition across Asia. We work with regulators, public health experts, and industry partners to support responsible product innovation, reformulation, and clear nutrition communication. Our goal is to build trust and deliver better dietary outcomes for consumers in the region.

Smart Regulation, Trade & Safe Food

FIA supports the development of interoperable regulatory systems that strengthen regional trade and food safety. We advocate for Codex-aligned standards and practical policy frameworks that enable innovation, efficient compliance, and consumer protection across diverse markets.

Sustainability & Resilience

FIA helps members advance their sustainability commitments through collaboration and shared solutions. We focus on packaging waste management, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and resource efficiency to promote responsible production and a more circular food economy in Asia.
