With World Environment Day being celebrated this week, FIA seeks to encourage greater awareness and action from the food industry to protect the environment. While plastics are undeniably a key concern for FIA members and the wider food industry, it is also pertinent for companies to be aware of and actively push for progress in managing food waste, climate change and sustainable sourcing.
