What can the Food Industry do Differently?

The food industry has changed significantly over the past decade and will continue to reshape itself due to advancements in technology and the proliferation of new business models. However, in the face of an increasingly competitive landscape and evolving consumer trends, companies are facing more challenges across the entire value chain including a lack of resources and sustainability concerns.

As a result, the food industry now needs to reassess systems and processes, identify areas for improvement and take action to ensure continued growth. From encouraging public-private collaborations to improving the affordability of healthy foods, these were some of the suggestions made by leading experts and innovators at the sidelines of the recently concluded FIA Food for the Future Summit.
