HPB first introduced the Singapore HEALTH Award (SHA) in 1999, and subsequently enhanced the Award in 2017 to recognise organisations and individuals with strong commitment to promote workplace health, as well as demonstrated commendable achievements in this area. Since its inception in 1999, the SHA has benefited over 1,300 companies, reaching out to more than 1.3 million workers.
Last year, in addition to the main Corporate Award, HPB introduced two new categories – Healthy Workplace Ecosystem and Special Mention – which recognises HPB’s partners in their commitment in building a health promoting environment and for their efforts in reaching out to their mature workers.
