With expanding global supply chain networks, growing concerns on climate change and natural resources depletion, and increasing numbers of food fraud crimes driven by economic incentives, consumers worldwide are facing tremendous challenges to access safe, authentic and high-quality food and water products. The stakes are high, especially when human health and welfare are greatly compromised. However, there is a great consensus among regulators, industry and academia that we must work together to secure the sustainability and integrity of food and water supply chain at both the global and regional levels.

The 2019 Food and Water Summit provides a platform for interactive sessions among global experts as well as regional leaders in food and environmental markets. It is our great honor to co-host the event with A*STAR and NTU, the leading Singapore institutions in food innovation, research & development and technology advancement.
