FIA Video: Improving Diets through Personalised Nutrition

In efforts to tackle the dual burden of malnutrition, is there an opportunity for personalised nutrition? Speaking with Food Industry Asia (FIA), Dr Iain Brownlee, Director of Operations, Food & Human Nutrition, Newcastle University, shares his thoughts on efforts to change dietary habits and the importance of multi-stakeholder partnerships in tackling obesity and non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

Dr Brownlee was a speaker at FIA's recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Singapore, where he joined a panel discussion entitled "How is Food Innovation Changing the Food & Beverage Industry?"
